Product Information and Orders
- Product photos, colors, sparkle effects, particle size, and appearance can vary due to screen settings, lighting, photography, and production batches.
- Buyers should choose products based on intended use and category information, especially for cosmetic, nail, body, resin, slime, or children’s craft projects.
- An order is not fully accepted until payment, product availability, shipping details, and any special requirements are reviewed.
- GlittersMall may contact the buyer if information is incomplete, product availability changes, or a listing error needs correction.
Payment, Shipping, Returns, and Custom Requests
- PayPal is currently the online payment method.
- Shipping expectations are explained in the Shipping Policy.
- Return and refund handling is explained in the Returns & Refund Policy.
- Custom mixed glitter, wholesale orders, private label discussions, and special packaging requests may require separate written confirmation.
